Terms and Conditions

1. Who provides the services

Anna Mathys — The ChangeMaker is the public-facing brand through which T.B.O. OOD provides the services described on https://www.annamathys.com.
T.B.O. OOD is registered in Bulgaria:

  • Registered office: 14 Pozitano Street, floor 2, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria

  • Company registration number (UIC): 202988413

  • VAT number: BG202988413

  • Email: info@tboltd.com

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to T.B.O. OOD. “Anna” refers to Anna Mathys, who delivers the work. “You” refers to the person or business booking a service.
These terms cover services booked through AnnaMathys.com or directly with us. They do not apply to T.B.O. Ltd’s separate commercial sales and deliveries of goods.

2. Our work

Our services include Clarity Session, Healing Session, Quantum Space Clearing, Geomantic Assessment, Land Healing, Feng Shui Guidance and A Walk Together. The description and any written proposal supplied before booking identify what is included, the delivery format, timing and price.
Healing and guidance support personal reflection and wellbeing. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment or psychological therapy, and do not replace care from appropriately qualified professionals. Do not discontinue prescribed treatment or delay seeking professional care because of a session or information provided through this website.
Geomantic Assessment, Land Healing, Quantum Space Clearing and Feng Shui Guidance concern our energetic and interpretive approach to place. They do not certify a property’s safety or replace structural surveys, electrical inspections, environmental measurements or other technical investigations.
Experiences and outcomes vary. We do not guarantee a particular physical, emotional, financial, relationship or property-related result. This does not reduce our responsibility to provide the service agreed with reasonable care and skill.
A Geomantic Assessment is a separate service from Land Healing. Any subsequent healing work requires a separate agreement unless expressly included in your original booking. Land Healing may also be requested directly for an agreed purpose.
Feng Shui Guidance is available within selected packages or agreed additional work. An annual Remedy Refresh has its own agreed scope and price and is not automatically included in other services.

3. Booking and payment

Before you commit to a booking, you will receive the relevant service information, price and these terms. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your booking by email. An enquiry alone does not reserve an appointment.
Prices are in euros. Consumer prices will be presented with applicable taxes and unavoidable charges included. Any additional work, travel, materials or other charges must be disclosed and agreed before being incurred. The confirmed price will not increase for an existing booking unless you agree to a change in scope.
Sessions must be paid for in full in advance.
Appointments require at least 48 hours’ advance notice and are subject to availability. This minimum notice does not guarantee an appointment within 48 hours.
Available payment methods and any separately agreed package payment schedule will be shown before you commit to the booking.
If you book for a business, provide accurate company and billing details, including a VAT number where relevant. The applicable tax treatment will be reflected in the invoice.
You will receive confirmation of the agreed service and terms in a form you can retain, such as email.

4. Preparing for your session

Please supply the information reasonably needed for the agreed work and check the date, time zone and delivery instructions in your booking confirmation. You do not need to disclose information unrelated to the service.
Remote Healing Sessions may take place while you are asleep or relaxed and awake, according to the arrangement confirmed with Anna. Please choose a safe setting where you will not be driving or operating equipment.
For live online appointments, please arrange a private setting and a working connection. If a technical problem prevents the session from proceeding, contact Anna so that an appropriate continuation or rescheduling arrangement can be made.
If you wish to book healing for another adult or a child, please arrange a free 15-minute discovery conversation first. We will discuss suitability and the necessary consent before accepting the booking. Booking on someone else’s behalf does not itself establish their consent.

5. Changing or cancelling an appointment

Please contact info@tboltd.com as soon as you know you cannot attend. The appointment-cancellation policy is separate from the statutory withdrawal rights described below.
You may cancel an individual session without charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice before its scheduled start time. Any advance payment for that session will be refunded.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss your appointment, the full session fee is retained. This policy is subject to applicable law and does not override statutory withdrawal rights or other mandatory consumer rights.
You may reschedule without charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. The advance payment will be transferred to the replacement appointment, which is subject to availability and the minimum 48-hour booking notice. A request to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice is treated as a late cancellation: the original session fee is retained and a replacement session requires a new payment, subject to applicable statutory rights.
For prepaid session series and A Walk Together, a cancellation or rescheduling request made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a missed appointment, counts as one included session used. That session is not refunded or automatically replaced. Any extra replacement session is booked and paid for separately. This remains subject to applicable statutory rights.
Please contact Anna if an unexpected situation affects your appointment so that any exceptional arrangement can be considered individually.
If we cancel an appointment, you may choose an alternative available appointment or a refund for the cancelled service. If our cancellation affects a package, we will agree an extension, replacement appointment or refund for the affected undelivered work. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Session series and A Walk Together

A session series includes the number and type of sessions stated when you purchase it. Three-session Clarity Session series are valid for three months from the date of the first session. Three-session Healing Session series are valid for eight weeks from the date of the first session. All three sessions must be scheduled and taken within the applicable period, subject to the booking notice and availability provisions above.
Extensions may be agreed with Anna case by case, including where illness or exceptional circumstances affect your ability to attend. Please contact us if you need more time. If our availability prevents completion within the agreed period despite timely booking requests, we will arrange an appropriate extension or refund for undelivered sessions.
A Walk Together provides support over three months, with start and end dates agreed before the programme begins. The booking confirmation sets out the included sessions, Quantum Space Clearing and any additional agreed elements.
You may begin with a Clarity Session or Healing Session and alternate between these as agreed with Anna.
Between-session support is intended for brief updates, questions and check-ins connected to the work. The agreed communication channel and response arrangements will be set out before booking. Support does not provide continuous conversation or emergency assistance, and weekend replies are not guaranteed. Priority scheduling remains subject to available appointments.
The package includes a 10% reduction on eligible additional services during the programme and for 12 months after completion, subject to scope and availability. The applicable price will be confirmed before any additional service is booked.
If you need to pause or end a programme early, please contact Anna to discuss the remaining work and an appropriate arrangement. Any agreement remains subject to your statutory rights.

7. Work with houses and land

Before property or land work begins, we will agree the property, requested service and boundaries of the work. Please ensure you have authority to commission it and to share any photographs, plans or other materials you provide.
Where physical access or changes to property are involved, the necessary owner, occupier or other permissions must be obtained. Recommendations involving installation, excavation, water, electricity or building alterations must be assessed and implemented safely by appropriately qualified people where required.
For an apartment, the agreed service remains anchored to that apartment even when Anna’s energetic approach considers the wider building or surroundings. This does not authorise entry to, physical changes to, or access to information about neighbouring properties.
Additional work requires your agreement on scope and price before it proceeds.

8. Consumer withdrawal rights

If you book remotely as a consumer, you generally have 14 days from concluding the service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Notify us at info@tboltd.com or the registered office before the deadline; the optional form below may be used.
If you expressly request work during this period, a proportionate charge for services supplied before withdrawal may apply where legally permitted and properly disclosed. You lose the withdrawal right after full performance only where the required prior express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Starting one session does not automatically remove withdrawal rights for an entire unfinished package.
Where withdrawal applies, we will reimburse payments due within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee. These terms do not shorten any extended statutory period or exclude other consumer remedies.

9. Privacy and confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle enquiries, bookings, session-related information and other personal data. Acceptance of these terms does not constitute consent to optional marketing, tracking or publication of testimonials.
Personal information shared in the course of the work is treated confidentially, subject to lawful disclosures and the service-provider arrangements described in the Privacy Policy. We will seek separate permission before publishing an identifiable testimonial or case study. Session recording requires agreement in advance.

10. Website and client materials

Website text, photographs, videos, guides and other original materials belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may use materials supplied to you for their intended personal purpose, or agreed internal business purpose. You may not resell, commercially reproduce or publicly distribute them without permission, except where the law permits.
You may share a link to the website provided it does not misrepresent our work or imply an endorsement that has not been given. Links to external websites are provided for reference; their operators are responsible for their content and services.

11. Concerns and responsibility

If you have a concern about a service, please contact info@tboltd.com with your booking details and a description of the issue so that we can investigate and discuss a resolution.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Statements about the limits of our work do not excuse a failure to deliver the agreed service.

12. Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of your habitual residence. Court jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; these terms do not require a consumer to give up a legally protected right to bring proceedings in their own country.
Any updates will apply to future bookings. The version accepted for an existing booking continues to govern it unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
