Geomantic Assessment

Land holds its own history, patterns and pathways.

A Geomantic Assessment brings these layers into view, helping us understand what may be shaping a property or landscape before deciding whether any response is needed.

When the concern or intention is already clear, the work may instead begin with a focused Land Healing.

BEYOND

When the land needs to be understood

Sometimes there is a clear reason to look more closely at a property. At other times, the concern is less tangible—a recurring pattern, an area that feels unsettled, or a sense that the visible story may not be the whole story.

— A Geomantic Assessment does not begin with the assumption that something is wrong. It begins by asking what is present—and what is relevant.

— persistent or unexplained concerns seem connected with a home, property or landscape

— you are preparing to purchase, build, renovate or significantly change a place

— the land has a complex history or has undergone substantial change

— previous practical or energetic work has not revealed the full picture

— you want to understand the land before deciding what, if anything, should happen next

ASSESSMENT AND HEALING

Discernment before intervention

Geomantic Assessment and Land Healing are connected, but they are not the same work. An assessment considers the property more widely; Land Healing responds to what has already been identified or to a clearly defined concern.

Where the source or extent of a concern remains uncertain, a Geomantic Assessment is the appropriate place to begin.

Within geomantic practice, geopathic stress is an umbrella term for patterns within the land that may affect particular locations. These may include underground watercourses, geological disturbances, geomagnetic grid lines, vortices and energetic or spiritual pathways.

During an assessment, these patterns are mapped in relation to the property and the places where people spend extended periods of time—particularly sleeping areas, workspaces and other frequently used parts of the property.

Some people seek a Geomantic Assessment after noticing unsettled sleep, reduced vitality, recurring unease or discomfort associated with a particular part of the property. These experiences can have many possible explanations and are treated as information to investigate—not as proof of a particular cause.

A Geomantic Assessment does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and is not a substitute for medical care or appropriate structural or environmental investigation.

— A finding matters not simply because it is present, but because of where it occurs and how the space is used.

How the Assessment unfolds

THE ASSESSMENT

01 — Share the context

The different findings are compared to distinguish what appears significant from what forms part of the wider background.

Through a tailored questionnaire, you share information about the property, its history and what has led you to seek an assessment.

02 — Research and assess

The property and its wider setting are researched and mapped, then assessed remotely through dowsing.

03 — Cross-reference the findings

04 — Receive clear direction

You receive a visual map, concise findings and recommendations for the most proportionate next step.

– The purpose is not to produce an overwhelming report. It is to give you a clear understanding of the land and an informed way forward.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

Arranging your assessment

Each property is different. Before the work is confirmed, I consider its size, complexity and the questions that have brought you to the assessment.

DELIVERY

The assessment is carried out remotely and is available internationally. You do not need to be present while the assessment work is undertaken.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

You will be asked to provide the property address, a completed questionnaire, photographs and any relevant plans, maps or background information available to you.

INVESTMENT

From €1,500 + VAT where applicable

Larger or more complex properties are quoted individually. The scope and investment are always confirmed before the work begins.

The Geomantic Assessment is diagnostic. Land Healing, Feng Shui Guidance, implementation of recommendations and on-site work are not included. Where appropriate, the assessment may lead to a recommendation for Land Healing or other specialist work, which is discussed separately.

AFTER THE ASSESSMENT

The way forward becomes clearer.

The findings may point to practical steps, another specialist perspective, Land Healing—or no further action at all.

CURRENT AVAILABILITY

What is Land Healing?

Working with energetic lines, boundaries or particular points of disturbance.

LAND HEALING

WATER AND MOVEMENT

Where physical or environmental factors also require attention, practical recommendations may form part of the response.

LINES AND BOUNDARIES

Working toward a more settled relationship between those who live or work there, the property and the wider landscape.

HISTORY AND MEMORY

Supporting movement or reconnection where the energetic flow of water appears disrupted.

PEOPLE, PROPERTY AND PLACE

Responding to patterns connected with significant events or the history of the land.

Within geomancy, Land Healing works with the patterns, history and relationships held within a place. Where something has become disrupted or unsettled, the work supports a more coherent relationship between the land, the place itself and the people connected with it.

Land Healing

Land Healing may follow a Geomantic Assessment, or it may be commissioned directly when the need is already clear. This focused work is for land you live on, work with, care for or hold in stewardship, where a particular event, disturbance or concern has already been identified.

When commissioned directly, the work remains focused on the known event or situation. If a broader understanding of the property is needed, I may recommend a Geomantic Assessment first.

— I intentionally keep this work accessible. Tending to the land is part of my personal path, and I want those who care for a place to be able to participate in its healing.

EARTH STEWARDSHIP

Earth Grid Keeping

Alongside commissioned Land Healing, I undertake Earth work independently as part of my path as an Earth grid keeper — sometimes with a particular place, sometimes across larger areas.

This work exists beyond my client practice and is part of an ongoing commitment to tending the Earth and the wider collective.

Begin with a conversation

If you are concerned about a property or sense that something within the land deserves closer attention, you are welcome to get in touch.

Together, we can consider whether a Geomantic Assessment or a focused Land Healing is the more appropriate place to begin.

Both services are carried out remotely, allowing me to work with properties internationally.

Because this work requires preparation and concentrated attention, I work with a limited number of properties at a time.
